Bill is responsible for all aspects of the Structured Cabling Engineering group.
Before forming Lanlynx, Bill was with MCI WorldCom, serving as Chairperson for the Standards
Committee. Other responsibilities included development and maintenance of WorldCom Premise
Cabling Standards, development of Installation vendor relations, also spearheading their National Vendor Program.
Bill was also responsible for defining and developing operating processes for vendor account
management teams, contract negotiations and provided standards-based cable plant designs for
WorldCom projects including campuses in Clinton, Mississippi, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Weldon Springs,
Missouri, Ashburn, Virginia. Bill was the design consultant and coordinated premise cable infrastructure
for rack layouts, horizontal pathways, sizing of copper and fiber backbone cabling, equipment grounding,
LANs, CATV and Security systems.
Bill has extensive training with BICSI, multiple CEC courses, as well as an Associate degree in Biology.
Bill is a Licensed Electrical Contractor in the State of Oklahoma.
